I think that in order to figure out what your next steps should be, you should probably look at why your organization was terminated/removed from campus/lost recognition (do you mind sharing?). In any case, it's easy to jump to a decision in the heat of the moment...it might be wise to take some time for everyone to settle down before deciding what to do next.

If you lost recognition because your chapter/members violated school policy, continuing to operate as an unrecognized organization will continue to damage your org's relationship with the school and will most likely ensure that your school will refuse to consider re-recognizing your organization in the future. However, if your members and alumnae show that you are willing to face the consequences of the situation, there may be a chance of recognition in the future.

However cool and badass operating underground may sound now, keep in mind that you will most likely piss off the other recognized organizations and other students, and you won't seem so badass then. You'll just be annoying. Or, your campus may love underground organizations, so you may not be annoying...just something to consider.
