This is THE hardest thing I've ever had to do in my life. EVER. But, I do not want to resort to weight loss surgery. I'm too young. I'm physically fit. That's just not the option for me.

It's hard ladies, but we can do this. Stay encouraged.
I KNOW you can do it!!!!!!

Ladies I was a size 20-22 at my heaviest. Now I am a 10-12 and have been for years. It took serious behavior change when it came to food. One thing that I learned is that if I don't deny myself a certain food, I soon grow tired of it and end up throwing the rest away. It's when I tell myself I shouldn't have it that I crave it more. Of course this won't work for eveybody.

And yes exercise is key even if it is nothing more than purposely not parking close to an entrance, or taking steps instead of elevators. I purposely bought a town home with three levels so I am constantly going up and down steps. It all counts.
