If you have some leaks and drips, they can be easy to fix.

Present the bills to him. $800 is a way over board for water even with leaks!!!!!!! Call the local utilitie and have them check the meter, called benched testing!


The roof leaking is the land lords problem!

If he doesn't, then find the local athourity and notify them. You do have some teneant rights. Try Code Violations and have them come out and see if they will handle it.
