Maybe have a website that is easily found in internet searches. I hear from a lot of alums that they found our association by searching the net and finding our site. While our site is rather lame (thru no fault of the alum who updates it - it was designed on some technology that is difficult to work with and certainly beyond MY ability to update!), it does give alums the ability to join our association/contact us online.
Another thought: local newspapers usually have a section for clubs to announce upcoming meetings/past activities. While I believe our official policy is to not publish meeting locations nor phone numbers (for privacy and safety) you can publish a website or email address for area alums not already in your association. (perhaps a nice blurb about a recent RMH event would be attractive to new members - and would give ADPi good PR!)
