I can understand liking Ludacris' beats & actual oratory skills, but in regards to his lyrics, they're horrible. I prefer intelligent rap which is people like Wyclef, Nas, Canibus, Outkast, the roots and a few others, but Ludacris just raps and makes himself look like (IMHO) a retard.
I guess I could give a few examples
"We go-bots and robots so they gotta wait til the show stop
or how 'bout on the beach with black sand
lick up your thigh then call me the Pac Man"
"we can do it in the white house
try n make them turn the lights out " ???
"Cadillac grills, Cadillac mill's
Check out the oil my Cadillac spills
Matter of fact, candy paint Cadillacs kill
So check out the hoes my Cadillac fills"
Where in any of that are lyrics worth air-play?
