Just to clear this up, Phi Sigma Sigma was most definitely closed last Spring Semester. For some reason they are not on the "Judicial" page, but I'm positive they closed. They had a house near me and their letters were removed
Anyway, here is the list of Fraternities & Sororities at UD, and as you can see, Phi Sig is not mentioned:
