I've been out of school for 7 years now and we don't even have a title for what we call involment after we graduate because one you're a part of Kappa Delta Chi you're pretty much a sister for life unless you drop your letters.

My participation includes My regional Director position in the East Coast for the sorority, I'm a member of 2 national cmte's external recruitment and constitution and by-laws, but internally I also try to spread the word about opportunities such as scholarships, fellowships, job openings and travel with professional, graduate and undergraduate sisters.

I think no matter what organization you're a part of it's up to you to make your organization what you want it to be with your involvment.
