Here in Augusta, GA, there's a salon that's celebrating their one year anniversary by offering their services for free for today only and all money they take in goes to the American Cancer Society - it seemed like they were mainly focusing on Breast Cancer as all the women were wearing matching pink shirts, giving out pink ribbons, and had pink balloons outside. I got an amazing haircut and a free massage while I waited for my haircut. I could have gotten a manicure also if I had had a longer lunch break! I just thought this was so awesome and hope that more businesses would do something like this! There's another salon in town doing Cut for a Cure for $10 donations. I guess it's a trend in Augusta... Anyway, just had to share!
