University of Akron's oldest GLO's:
Delta Tau Delta (Eta Chapter) was the first fraternity on campus in 1873.
Kappa Kappa Gamma (Lambda Chapter) was the first sorority on campus in 1877.
Delta Gamma (Eta Chapter) was the next sorority in 1879 and is now the oldest existing Delta Gamma Chapter nationally.
