That poor kids life was put on hold, if not ruined, because of this nonsense sentancing. He was doing with another teeneager consenually what some teenagers do and ended up going to prison for it. Such a shame!!!!
And the dissent opinion seems to ignore the fact that the law was changed in 2006 because of this case, retroactive or not.
