Ummm there is a huge difference between UGA and a SUNY school. Since I don't go to a SUNY school, I can't speak for any of the sorority chapters at any of the schools, but I do have friends who joined sororities at their SUNY schools and from what I hear, it is pretty common for juniors to rush and get bids there. One of my friend's pledge sisters was a junior transfer, actually.
