Generally speaking, most IFCs hold some sort of Spring Rush. How formal it may be depends on the specific campus. However, that does not mean that every fraternity will participate or take a pledge class. Your best bet is to call the the Interfraternity Council at 865.974.3205 or the Office of Fraternity Affairs at 865.974.2236.
You may also want to check the websites for each UT-Knoxville fraternity chapter for information about Spring Rush. It is not unusual for a chapter website to be updated before the school's website.
