Hows it going Brothers of Sig Ep,
My name is Russ Cirincione, I'm part of the New Jersey Gamma chapter at Seton Hall University. We are traditional, but nationals has been pressuring us to move to Balanced Man ... We are content with our status as a traditional chapter, but we feel that it is necessary to embrace several Balanced Man concepts.
Anyway, Just wanted to introduce myself, and say hello to everyone out there.
