I am not an authority on where we are colonizing, but at this point I believe we are only doing so at UConn and Franklin & Marshall. My guess is it's just a rumor, although I think it'd be great if we did colonize there! I definitely could be wrong though, I totally missed the Franklin & Marshall colony until about a month ago!
