Have chapter members get to say good and bad things (both funny or serious)
for example:
I give a big thanks to Sherri for taking me home when my aunt died b/c my car was in the shop
OR
I give a big "boo" to Sherri for laughing at me when I dropped my tray in the dining hall.
ALL IN JEST THOUGH! So everyone leaves with a smile on their face.
