Well, I'm using my ab belt right now. I can say that I do feel my abs contracting and after I get finished with it, it does feel like I have just done a bunch of sit ups and crunches. Originally, I was going to rely on this belt to give my the flat abs that I wanted. But, after reading this post, I have decided to use it in conjunction with the cardio routine that I love doing but kind of abandoned around Christmas.
I'll post my progress later.
