I tend to have oily skin as well and I use the Clean and Clear oil absorbing sheets during the day and touchup with BE as needed.
I have the compact and I've just transferred it by using a butter knife and sort of scooping it with the knife. You can't put too much in the compact so it works pretty well. Just beware of touching up TOO much with BE. I have a small mineral veil that I keep in my purse and the compact in case I need to touch up throughout the day. Usually just the oil absorbing sheets is fine for me but I'll touchup before going to happy hour or dinner after work.

You can also apply bare minerals (foundation, not warmth or mineral veil)with a damp sponge as well but use it sparingly if you choose to wear it that way. I use the face case with a small amount of foundation mixed in with mineral veil. I also sometimes if I'm using a smaller purse, will use the retractable flawless application brush with mineral veil already loaded on it.
I have oily skin too and I've found that a light dusting of mineral veil before applying the foundation and everything else as usual helps a lot with taking down shine and absorbing oil throughout the day.
