when it works yes.

when there is more than enough damning evidence and putting someone down is appropiate yes.


problem is....it's hard to do.

If a man waked into a school yard in broad daylight...opened up with an AK 47 and killed 50 people...kids included, you have witnesses and clear video footage and if he decided to confess and says he would do it again......hell.... let's take him out behind the jail and give him 2 slugs the following day......save me some tax payer dollars.


BUT when it's circumstantial evidence it's it unclear...? Sigh.....this is why DNA evidence has the Death Penalty in such a tail spin.
