Decent is a great word to use isn't it? It doesn't convey that it's affluent or run down. It's just decent. Hah. Either way, it's not exactly where most people dream of living. Plus it's within walking distance to one of the worst neighborhoods in NY, Jamaica. I'll stick to my neighborhood
