I took Xenadrine too...and didn't like it very much. I switched to Metabolife 356 and it worked amazingly!!!! I lost 30 lbs from Jan 01-Oct 01....I looked like a new woman for my wedding day!
I only took one pill a day (the suggested dose is 2 or 3) and like I said it worked wonders!!!!
I would be wary if you have ANY kind of heart problem though....the drug sped up my heartrate tons about an hour after I took it!
FYI...I've been off it now since the beginning of Jan and I haven't gained a pound (nor have I lost a pound..but oh well...at least I'm not gaining!!!!!
