Ambien-CR has been a Godsend for me.......and my husband because when i sleep soundly that means he will sleep soundly because i will not be hitting him all night to get him to turn over to stop his freight train snoring or tossing and turning constantly............or be waking up every hour or two hours and being in a really bad mood in the morning.
