This is an idea, but maybe on the first page that pops up on our screen when we log on, there could be a first time users FAQ or tips page. I know that personally, I didn't know and still don't know where the search function is! And I've been on here for a while now. Maybe instead of just yelling at new people and, as a result, chasing possible potentials or Greeks who have just returned to Greek Life away and looking at us negatively, we offer solutions and guidance...I always believe you have no right to complain unless you are going to offer a solution to go with it!
