That's the link to the municipal code for Cobb County Georgia, I only found a section about adult entertainment, not about brothels or whorehouses, which makes sense as prostitution is illegal. I do find A LOT of humor in this though:

Sec. 78-329. Adult entertainment establishment employees.
(a) Qualifications. Employees of an adult entertainment establishment shall be not less than 18 years of age. Every employee must be of good moral character.
