Our PC held an EXTREMELY unstructured fall recruitment with no quota, no requirement for PNMs to visit all sororities, and no set bid day. I feel that this hurt us a bit. 1 org. got 7 or 8 new members, another got 6, one won't extend bids until next week (causing others to defer on our bid).
Eta Upsilon got 2 new members. They are amazing, beautiful women, but we just need to work hard the remainder of the fall to catch up. Good news is that we had A LOT of freshman come to our events, even though they are not eligible until next semester. We should have an AMAZING (and competitive) spring recruitment.
