The only reference I can find in the GB is that initiated collegiate members, new members, and national representatives are to assist chapters with recruitment activities. There is not any statement (that I can find) that says alumnae may or may not assist chapters in the background (though we know they all do - I've been informed this is at the discretion of the college Panhellenic), not nothing is blanketly stated that alumnae may not converse.

I know that some campus Panhellenics (including my own) have a campus rule agreed upon by the chapters that if a chapter has lower numbers on the floor, they can allow collegiate members from another chapter to be on the floor recruiting. The chapter can often only have as many non-chapter members present to equal the next smallest house. Those members from another chapter must be identified as such, however, and I do not know if they participate in member selection. I would assume that alumnae would need to be identified in a similar manner.

Back the regularly scheduled thread... good luck!
