Hey ladies! Thanks so much for the supportive posts and PMs. I was a little down about the whole ordeal. But I got over it. I'm down 5.5lbs to 171. Still not back in the 160's, but it happens. I'll be fine.
BB91, it's so good to hear from you! Can't wait to see that website!!!
Go delph!!! Can I have some of your missing booty? Some of us are less fortunate.
I've had a sinus infection for almost a week and I haven't been walking at all. I'm exhausted all the time and my head feels like a hot air balloon. Once this blasted SI is gone, I'll pick back up the walking.
Soror RD, how is being a vegetarian coming along? Ever since doing FS, there are still days out of the week that I don't eat any meat. What kind of meals have you been having? What do you do for protein? Are you enjoying new recipes? Such an exciting change; congratulations!
I rediscovered my Eating for Life book last week. Y'all, I made my own bbq sauce and it was THE BOMB!!!! I'll never buy bottled bbq sauce again. Of course I altered his recipe, but I used it as a base. Here's what had happened. I made some cornish hens two weeks ago, and to baste them, I used worchestire sauce and italian dressing. The leftovers were SO DAYUM GOOD!!! It tasted like I'd marinated the hens in some type of bbq sauce. At first I was surprised that it tasted that way, then I remembered EFL had a bbq recipe and I looked and it used worchestire sauce and vinegar, which is all italian dressing really is. I added some tomato sauce and honey... the bomb! I want some more, lol.
How upset was I that the newest issue of Fitness did not have success stories this month?!

Am I the only one who looks forward to those? It's my favorite part of both Fitness and WWM. Hmph.
Thanks for keeping me encouraged, ladies!

Y'all stay encouraged, too!
