Alpha Phi Omega has been looking at Canada since 1995, and has yet to establish chapters there.
You may read about it here. So far, the only foreign country that has collegiate APO chapters are in the Phillipines, where they have been since the 1950's. I can't wait until the first Canadian APO chapter is established. We will be one step closer to fulfilling Frank Reed Horton's, our founders, prophectic statement: "As Scouting is worldwide, so should Alpha Phi Omega be worldwide, gradually in the colleges and universities of ALL nations."
