1) Go to the website of the org you want to join and review their rules and regulations and processes.
2) I would talk to members on your campus and get to know them. Not just as members of a fraternity, but as men. If they like you, they'll want you. If you don't fit in with them, you'll know.
That's all you need to know.... now get off the internet and get out there and start meeting people!
