What does it mean in pics...
When looking at pics on sorority webpages, why is there sometimes a smiley face, heart, or some other drawing that covers a person's face? It happens randomly. I thought maybe it was someone that graduated, but then I thought it was someone who was disaffiliated.
Anyone know why?
