The biggest case of GHB drugging that was broadcast to the nation happened about 10 minutes from where I live. Some of my friends were friends with the girls. In this area, we definitely know about GHB.
We took my friend out for her birthday in a limo. The girls all went to one club (Altered State) and one of the other girls and I went to Greektown because we hate clubs. We got a call not even an hour later to grab the limo and come back to pick them up because birthday girl was puking in a trash can. She didn't have much to drink at all but I've never seen her that messed up. We should have taken her to the hospital to get tested but we took her home and one of the girls got her into bed.
The sucky thing is that I don't think GHB lives in your system for very long so if you don't get tested right after the incident, it might not even matter.
