My only concern is, do they accept girls who are older(i am 24) and also are they accepting of girls who are already married? I know you guys are probably wondering why would someone who is already be married want to join a sorority. Well I have always wanted to join one but when I was in college before I didn't have my head on straight and I wasn't focused on my school work so I ended up quitting school. I feel now that I am older and wiser I am ready to start over. I am new to the town I live in and I feel joining a sorority will help me meet new people and it will also help keep me focused in school. I also want to join because of all the charity work sororities do. I think it is amazing what the students in the greek system do for their community and I want to be a part of all that!
Thank you in advance for all the help and advice you might have!

Hello, the questions you're asking have been discussed many times before. I encourage you to look around GC a bit further (in the Recruitment, rather than Greek Life forums) for the answers to your question. Here are a few threads to help you out.

Just a hint for future posting: it's almost never fruitful to ask broad questions about sororities on GC. Try to avoid them because if we don't know your specific campus (and I wouldn't recommend making it public) then we can't give you good advice. There are literally thousands of sorority chapters all over North America and no two chapters are exactly alike. I guarantee there are some chapters that wouldn't think twice about giving a married 24 year old a bid, and some chapters where hell would freeze over twice before a married 24 year old received a bid, and plenty in between.
