I have a cute idea, let me see if I can explain it right...this will only work if the new members have gotten their bid day shirts so everyone can see what they are...
If each sorority gets 2 Rho Gams, pick (randomly) 2 new members from each group and those new members have to go find and stand next to a Rho Gam that they think is a part of their new sorority. Then, go down the line. The Rho Gam either indicates that the new member guessed right, and they ARE a part of their new sorority, OR the Rho Gam goes and grabs a new member from one of the Rho Gams that IS a part of their new sorority, and the one that guessed wrong goes and stands next to the girl that had her new member "stolen".
So, let's say the XYZ new member guesses and stands next to the ABC Rho Gam. The ABC then goes and "steals" an ABC new member from the DEF Rho Gam. The XYZ new member now goes and stands next to the DEF Rho Gam.
I don't know if that's clear or not. If not, oh well, I tried.
