We are planning an Alumnae Chapter Recruitment event - a barbecue at my home inviting some of the area alumnae in the hopes that they may wish to join our newly formed Alumnae Association.

We would love some ideas on invitation wording and how to "set up" our recruitment event so that it appeals to alumnae sisters.
