I think eventually Audrina is going to pull the same thing on Lauren (ditch her for a guy). She seems too weak to be able to balance her relationships, so far, and every guy they've shown her with on The Hills has been a loser.
I think Heidi's parents are just as strange as she is. Could her mother be more obvious?: "Heidi could have benefited from having Lauren as a best friend..." I doubt the "benefit" she is referring to has anything to do with actual friendship.
And her dad! My dad would have knocked the crap out of Spencer when he was being so sarcastic at the dinner table! That kid is so fake!
