Former Greek?

You'll find that what credibility you may otherwise have tends to take a deep six with lots of people around here if you refer to yourself as a "former" member. Lifetime commitment and all that, you know.

Just curious -- is your "offer" limited just to the state(s) where you are licensed, or are you offering to go anywhere, regardless of whether you are licensed there or are familiar with the local laws?

And one other observation. If there's one thing that I simply don't understand, it's an attorney who doesn't take the extra time to proof-read. If you're going to offer your services to people who've never heard of you and have no clue whether you are competent or not, sentences like this one:

Quote:
I would like to come and speak at any organizations weekly or monthlky meetings about the chapter and each member can and should avoid any dealing with criminal investigations.
don't exactly engender confidence in your abilities. Just a two minute proof-read might have caught that "organizations" needs an apostrophe, that there seem to be at least two words missing, and that there is no such word as "monthkly." And that's just one sentence -- in your brief, five-sentence post, only the first sentence seems to be "error free."

I wouldn't expect too many nibbles.
