I want to know is this a myth regarding those who only paid and processed their paperwork in vs. those who sacrificed sweat and time to become Omega Men?

IS THIS JUST TALK OR IS THIS FOR REAL? Or are we only speaking semantics given there ARE graduate chapters who aren't on the yard like their undergrad counterparts?
