Most of the members of my chapter are attending the city council sponsored Beginning Day event.It's going to be at a neighborhood clubhouse with beverages and hors d'oeuvres served. There is always a split the pot, and door prize as well as favors at the city council events. Other than that I'm not sure how they will decorate for it
