I can't speak from personal observation. I was just relying on
Reality News Online's recap of the August 14 live feeds, which says:
Jen and Amber discuss their votes, and Jen mentions that she sometimes feels pressured by the diary room people to vote a certain way, as in keeping Dick this week. No wonder the producers want Dick to stay – his popularity on the CBS website is nearing 40% (the next most popular person is Daniele, with close to 15%). Big Brother tells Jen and Amber to stop talking about the diary room.
and
Eric goes to the diary room, and when he comes out, Jen says, “Here he comes, Mr. America.” This makes Eric nervous, and he asks Jen what she means by this. She doesn’t say anything. Eric tells Jessica that the diary room sessions involve a lot of leading questions that push the houseguests to keep Dick this week. Eric thinks that Dick is just so hated by the fans that the producers want to keep him.
Of course, I didn't pick up reading before that the last comment was coming from Eric, who obviously can't be honest about diary room conversations and may want to try and color perceptions to cover the fact that "America" will make him vote for Dustin.
You're actually getting paid to watch the live feeds? I don't know whether to be impressed or sympathetic.
