I can relate. The chapter I pledged at had a "problem" with our president. She had a tendency to get a little tipsy a lot... Well, she even got drunk, went back to a fraternity house, fell asleep in his bed and well, went to the bathroom. Needless to say, her actions had ramifications on our house (and our social interactions) that took A LONG TIME to get over.
JUD board helped, if it wasn't for them, god only knows what would have happened.
I think that officers should set the tone and be pillars of the sorority, not termites eating at it.
