Yes in the initial step with the training that each one gets.
From then on, it is up to the Chapter to keep continuning.
But in scouring different Mens GLOs and getting magazines from many it is interesting with what they are doing to change the out look of what is done and expected of the members of the chapters.
In discussing this last night with a member of another GLO it was interesting what His Fraternity did some years back and what they are doing now.
Lets just say he was not thrilled with some of the changes but others.
So, from our conversation it sounds like well all may hve the same problems.
