-Tell her to hang in there! I only had 1 party on pref day and I ended up getting a bid to the one sorority that not only liked me but that I really liked also. If for some reason it doesn't work out in her favor, I know it will be hard. But I am a firm believer of the old saying ' when one door closes and other door opens'. That door usually opens sooner rather than later and usually it leads to something better. However, you can only accept one bid, so one invitation is all you need!
