I watched an episode last night and it was HORRIBLE! That whole "name change" thing is BOGUS because Charlie Murphy refers to the show as Hot Ghetto Mess. He tries to be funny and drop all these anecdotes about us having to "do better," but he doesn't help the situation. Then, to add icing to the cake, the segments that are called "Street Walking" don't seem to help with uplifting the community. It just highlights that a bunch of Black folks don't know isht. How embarrassing!
I think that the show is STILL Hot Ghetto Mess and they made a half-a**ed attempt to pull the wool over our eyes by changing the name and throwing a random white person in the mix. I also think that it was too late to fire poor Charlie Murphy, so they just decided to keep him on the how to provide the comedy and commentary.
This show needs to be cancelled IMMEDIATELY!
