Looks shouldn't matter... unfortunately, as humans we tend to look at the outside first, then we try to get to know the person inside. Then, we find ourselves in situations where the person may be attractive, but shallow, or doggish, or unintelligent, or just plain crazy.
I had a boyfriend once that people would have considered unattractive, or not too cute at first glance. I remember, I didn't like him at first, but he could siiiinnnnnng!
Once I heard him sing, that was it for me. The more I got to know him, the more attracted I was to him, but it wasn't because of his looks (even though, after I took a good look at him, I noticed the dimples and the smile...
) , but more because of how talented, smart, and funny he was.
