You may find it helpful to talk a little about yourself before leading to an open ended question that each girl can respond to. For example, you could say, "I'm Sister Judy. I'm so glad you both are here today. I remember when I went through rush, I was so nervous but excited about joining a sorority. I didn't even know X about sorority life when I went through. Have you guys thought about X?" Making things more conversational instead of interview style will probably help them feel more free to answer spontaneously rather than waiting their turn for you to ask a question and each to answer. In some ways, interviewing two or more girls at a time may be easier so it doesn't feel so pressured. The girls may be more open to chatting and feel like they "clicked." It doesn't have to be a bad thing!
