Other than children's sized legacy clothing, I have never heard of such a thing.

You could honor your grandmother in other ways, perhaps by making a donation to her sorority foundation in her name.

You could ask your aunt if she has any of your granmother's college memoribilia stashed away and display this. Perhaps she has a paddle or something with her letters on it? An old photo in letters?

Perhaps your grandmother's sorority would reissue you a copy of her initiation certificate, for a small fee. You can frame this and hang it in your home next to your Tri-Sigma initiation certificate.
