I think 3rd should be putting the seat back DOWN. My boyfriend grew up as the oldest of three boys. They don't put the seat down in their house! I can't handle it! And he comes to my apartment and leaves the seat up!
(Fourth can be the TP replacement.)
Although, how many boys don't use TP unless they have to sit anyway...
