Are there always small improvements being made over the summers? I've seen quite a few landscaping changes and minor structural changes over the last few weeks to the sorority houses.
I assume everyone is trying to keep up with the Tri-Delt house. It looks like it should have it's own zipcode!

The Tri-Delt house is stunning! I feel bad for KD and ZTA- their houses are beautiful in their own right but are now in the shadows of Tri-Delt.
