Let's face it...ASA is great (ok, the best)...but there's more to NPC out there, and GC is a great resource for how things are done outside of ASA-land. Check out the general forums, and other groups' forums. The NPHC forums are particularly interesting - well moderated (just like the ASA fourm
) and informative - these ladies and gents have their isht together. We can all take a cue from their "Pearls of Wisdom", "A Torch to Guide You", etc.
Just remember (and I know I've said this before, but it can be repeated) this is not SisterCircle, and anyone can read and post on this board. I'm not going to go into "we need to represent ASA, blah, blah, blah", because frankly, I believe that ASA values that we're all individuals, with individual opinions....and anyone who can't distinguish what we say as individuals from the opinion of ASA as a whole doesn't deserve the time of day.
