It was ABC Family vs. ABC (edited).
I just went through my DVR from last week (from ABC Family on July 9th) and the rape whistle and the scenes dvs-dz mentioned were all included.
I haven't seen the download from iTunes. I'm guessing they probably have it?
I know that the pilot was presented with limited commercial interruption, so maybe that's why some scenes were deleted...to accomodate commercials.
