Convention
The award was for "Women of Distiction".
She was at a table about 10 feet from me. I gave up waiting in line after the banquet a little after midnight. I had to finish packing and had to leave for the airport at 5am (to get back home to work a full day...bleh).
She talked about how grateful the support she receives from Sigmas. She said she knew it had a huge impact on her winning American Idol. Mentioned how her big came to see her in LA during the competition. Says there are always Sigmas in the crowd at concerts wearing letters or with posters. Etc Etc...
I talked with the advisor from her chapter some...She is pretty close with Carrie.
